Lytvyn forecasts parliament to cancel winter

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn believes that the parliament will decide on the refusal of transition of state to winter time.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this during the press conference.

“There is a resolution and I believe that we will adopt it”, said V. Lytvyn.
