17-year-old student of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Darja Stepanenko who hit Education and Science, Youth and Sports Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk in the face by a bunch of flowers at the Forum of Education Ministers of the European Countries “School of the 21st century: Kyiv initiative” today is charged with disorderly conduct.
An informed source in the law-enforcement bodies disclosed this to UNIAN.
According to an interlocutor of the agency, after the incident the guard took the student out of the hall where the forum is taking place. Militia employees drew up an administrative report towards the student on article 173 (disorderly conduct) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringement of the Law.
According to the source, the student will face a fine or an arrest for the term of 15 days.
