Session of Pechersk District Court on Tymoshenko’s case starts

The session of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv concerning consideration of the criminal case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning gas agreements with Russia in 2009 starts.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge on this case Rodion Kireyev starts announcing his decision that he made in the consultative room.

The court session is taking place in presence of four representatives of the state prosecution, all defenders of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine and Yu. Tymoshenko.
