While Lytvyn is welcoming Sheikh, people are shouting: “Shame!”

Near 200 people are picketing the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. They protest against contraction of social benefits.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, people are shouting: “Shame!” and at the same time Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn is welcoming Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani at the front staircase of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Participants of the action are holding posters with inscriptions: “Azarov and Tigipko - hands off from defenders of Motherland!”, “No to contraction of social benefits!” and others.
