And the session was cancelled – Chechetov

The Party of Regions faction will not take part in the extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada tomorrow, and the session will not take place.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy faction chief Mykhaylo Chechetov claimed this to journalists today.

According to him, today the Party of Regions’ presidium decided that carrying out a Verkhovna Rada session tomorrow is inexpedient, and cancelled it.

At the same time, M.Chehcetov stressed that, if it is necessary to make decisions, vitally important for the country, an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada may be scheduled for another time.

M.Chechetov stressed that, as of today, the Party of Regions does not have any principal agreements with its political partners – the Socialist and the Communist parties.
