Chairman of Kharkiv City Committee of Veterans Volodymyr Proskurin felt unwell during a scuffle with militia near the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, medical emergency service was called, but doctors examined the patient and came to conclusion that he does not need a medical help.

At the same time, according to the words of lawmaker from the BYUT-Batkivshchyna Serhiy Pashynskyi, V. Proskurin is lying unconscious, the press service of the Batkivshchyna party reports.
