Tymoshenko’s appeal to be considered on December 1

A preliminary consideration of an appeal on the sentence of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko will take place on December 1.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, defender of Yulia Tymoshenko, lawmaker Serhiy Vlasenko said this to journalists.

“A preliminary sitting concerning this case is planned not for December 13 but for December 1, 2011, 9.30 am.”, said S. Vlasenko.
