President of Ukraine leaves for Israel on state visit

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych left for Israel on a state visit.

The press service of the President of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that in accordance of the program of the visit, the head of the Ukrainian state will hold negotiations with President of Israel Shimon Peres and Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu.

Moreover, the President of Ukraine will also meet with Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos III.

It is planned to sign a range of the bilateral documents within a framework of the visit.
