Appeal court starts consideration of appeal of Tymoshenko concerning “gas” case

The Appeal Court of Kyiv started a preliminary consideration of the appeal of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning abusing of office during signing of the gas agreements with Russia in 2009.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the court session started an half an hour later than it was planned.

Judge Olena Sitaylo considers the appeal.

Yulia Tymoshenko is not present at the court hearing because she feels unwell.
