Court recognized that criminal case against Kuchma was instituted groundlessly

Pechersk District Court of Kyiv recognized that the Prosecutor General`s Office instituted the criminal case against former President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma concerning accusation of complicity in murder of journalist Georgiy Gongadze groundlessly.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Pechersk District Court made the corresponding decision having answered the claim of lawyers of L. Kuchma on resolution of first deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin concerning institution of the criminal case against former President.
