Tymoshenko to be judged in Kharkiv

Ukrainian Security Service (the SBU) investigators were instructed to familiarize the defense of ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko with the criminal case materials on the activities of the corporation "United Energy Systems of Ukraine" as soon as possible.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, defender of Yu. Tymoshenko, lawmaker of Ukraine Serhiy Lutsenko said this to journalists in Kharkiv.

"Today, the investigators came once again; they said that they have been instructed to complete quickly the familiarization with the case in order to submit the case to one of the courts in Kharkiv", - said Sergey Vlasenko.
