Only obstacle on way of European integration of Ukraine is “issue of Tymoshenko” – Yanukovych

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych says that the only obstacle on a way of the European integration of Ukraine is “issue of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko”.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of the state said this during his speech at the business-lunch organized within a framework of the 48th Munich Security Conference.

V. Yanukovych underlined that the power not in words but in deeds applies every effort for advancing Ukraine to the European Union.

“I have all moral grounds to say that everything we do right now is an efficient work and the only obstacle on a way of the European integration of Ukraine is issue of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko”, he said.
