Head of the European Commission Delegation in Ukraine Jose Manuel Pinto Teixeira refuted information that appeared in some Ukrainian mass media that the European Union allegedly suspended rendering assistance to Ukraine.
“It is not true. The European Union continues rendering assistance to Ukraine”, he said to 5 Kanal.
J. Teixeira specified that fulfillment of only some programs have been suspended “pending decision of the Ukrainian authorities concerning fulfillment of the demands that are stipulated by implementing these programs”.
