Spring to come on March 15

Spring is expected to come on March 15.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, director of the Department on Civil Protection of the Emergency Ministry Vasyl Kvashuk said this at the press conference today.

“Spring is expected in Ukraine from March 15 and in the 3rd decade of March”, - he said.
