Yanukovych is dissatisfied with results of reforms

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is dissatisfied with an effect of implemented reforms.

According to LB.UA, he said this during the sitting of the Council of Regions.

V. Yanukovych also instructed Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov to submit the candidacy of the First Vice Prime Minister.
