Kyiv Oblast should elaborate strategy of its development – Yanukovych

The Kyiv Oblast should elaborate and approve a Strategy of development of the region.

The press service of the head of the state reports that President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych said this delivering a speech at the solemn meeting on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Kyiv Oblast.

“I see three main goals of realization of this strategy: ensuring main rights of citizens, solving of social-economic problems of territorial communities and forming the bases for stable development of whole oblast”, - said the President.
