VRU elects Stets as chairman of Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Issues

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a resolution “On introducing amendments into the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On election of chairmen, first deputies, deputies chairmen, secretaries, members of the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 6th convocation and election of chairman, first deputy, deputies chairman, secretary and members of the Special Control commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on privatization issues”.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 345 out of 419 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.
