Lawmakers from BYUT-Batkivshchyna faction block rostrum and presidium of VRU

Lawmakers from the BYUT-Batkivshchyna faction blocked the rostrum and the presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, about 30 lawmakers are near the rostrum and the presidium. The entrance doors are blocked by chairs.

The BYUT member hung a poster with an inscription: “Freedom to Yulia!”.

Deputy leader of the faction Andriy Shkil disclosed to journalists that the opposition blocked the work of the VRU in a sign of protest of consideration of the draft law on privatization of the gas transport system of Ukraine.
