Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has written a letter to participants of the European People’s Party (EPP) summit taking place today in Brussels in which she stressed the importance of preserving a European course of development for Ukraine, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

The letter was translated into English and given to all the participants of the summit. EPP President Wilfried Martens read Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal during his speech.

In her letter the ex-premier noted that the top priority in her opinion is to do everything possible so that the ratification of the association agreement with the EU is unblocked after the internal situation in Ukraine changes.
