OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Vice President Walburga Habsburg Douglas (Sweden) and PA member from Sweden Asa Lindestam arrived in Kharkiv.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, OSCE PA representatives, daughter of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yevgenia Tymoshenko and lawmaker of the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea Oleksandra Kuzhel entered the territory of Kachanivska prison colony were ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko is imprisoned.
Members of the OSCE did not receive a permission to visit Yu. Tymoshenko by the decision of the leadership of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, however, according to the preliminary information, chief of Kachanivska colony Ivan Pervushkin will meet with them.
According to the data of the Administration of the State Penitentiary Service in Kharkiv Oblast, I. Pervushkin will hold a press conference after the meeting with the members of the OSCE PA.
Adherents of Yu. Tymoshenko and members of Chernobyl organizations are picketing Kachanivska prison colony now. Participants of the action demand to stop political repressions and to release Yu. Tymoshenko immediately. About 300 people are taking part in the action.
