The European Court of Human Rights has required the state of Ukraine to treat former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in a hospital, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"Today the European Court of Human Rights issued an order under Rule 39 requiring the state of Ukraine to treat Yulia Tymoshenko in a specialized hospital," lawyer Serhiy Vlasenko announced.

The German doctors that were part of the international team that assessed Yulia Tymoshenko’s health concluded that the ex-premier needs to be treated outside the prison.
