Yefremov does not see 300 votes in VRU for giving state status for Russian language

Leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov does not see a possibility of adoption by the parliament a decision on giving a state status to the Russian language.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this during the press conference.

The leader of the faction reminded that it is necessary to introduce amendments into Constitution by minimum 300 votes of lawmakers for adoption of this decision.

“Frankly speaking, I work in the VRU every day and U do not see these votes today”, - he said.
