Marshal of the Polish Sejm Ewa Kopacz is concerned over Yulia Tymoshenko’s deteriorating health and the Ukrainian government’s lack of action in addressing the problem, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
“Ewa Kopacz expressed concern over signals concerning the former head of the Ukrainian government and inadequate medical care in connection with her deteriorating health,” her press service quoted the head of the Polish Sejm as saying during a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in Warsaw.
Ewa Kopacz noted that the criminal case against Yulia Tymoshenko raises concern among European politicians. “Close cooperation is also the ability to discuss complicated issues. The case of Yulia Tymoshenko is such an issue for me as a woman politician,” she said.
