Negotiations on gas issue of Presidents of Ukraine and Russia to be continued at end of May – Yanukovych

The negotiations on gas issue of  the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia will be continued at the end of May.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, V. Yanukovych said this at the news conference in Zaporizhzhya today.

“The working groups are working now and we hope that by late in May an acceptable decision will be elaborated and we will discuss it with Vladimir Putin”, - said the President.

V. Yanukovych also noted that he plans to meet with V. Putin in the middle of April – after Easter, before completion of the negotiation process.
