Court rescinds resolution to register PORA

Kyiv’s district administrative court has rescinded August 28 resolution no. 246 by the Central Election Commission to register the PORA party for September parliamentary elections as unconstitutional, President Victor Yushchenko’s deputy chief of staff, Ihor Pukshyn, has said.

According to the President`s press-office, Pukshyn said on Tuesday PORA could no longer take part in the snap poll independently.
