Teixeira cools ardour of Ukrainian authorities

It will be possible to speak about partial taking effect of some parts of Agreement on Association between Ukraine and the EU only after signing of this agreement.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, European Commission`s Ambassador to Ukraine Jose Manuel Pinto Teixeira said this at the sitting of media club.

According to his words, before this Agreement on Association will be ratified it should be signed.

At the same time J. Teixeira noted that before this the political decision should be made by the countries of the European Union and consent for signing this document should be given.
