Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on April 18-19.

The press service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reports this.
According to the program of the visit, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will meet with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Chairman of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Oktay Asadov, and Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade.
Ukrainian parliamentary delegation headed by V. Lytvyn will visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation and take part in wreath-laying ceremony at the grave of the national leader of the Azerbaijani nation Heydar Aliyev, the memorial complex "Eternal Light", and the monument to T. Shevchenko.
