Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights Valeria Lutkovska is about to visit ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko in Kachanivska colony in Kharkiv.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, she said this at the press conference today.
