Supreme specialized court carries over consideration of “gas” case of Tymoshenko for June 26

Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases carried over a consideration of an appeal of the defense of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning the sentence of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv and Appelate Court of Kyiv on “gas” case for June 26.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge Oleksandr Yelfimov made this decision.

“An appeal of representatives of the prosecutor’s office is due to be satisfied”, he said.
