Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov agreed to proposition of President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz to send physicians and lawyers to ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko during the second trial.According to an UNIAN correspondent, M. Azarov and M. Schulz said this to journalists in Brussels after the meeting.
“We exchanged our points of view. And we came to some joint opinion”, - said M. Schulz.
He noted that he offered to the Ukrainian Prime Minister of Ukraine to give permission on sending a group of physicians, which will be formed under the aegis of the European parliament, to Yu. Tymoshenko and give an access to participate in trial against Yu. Tymoshenko to a group of experts.
“I asked to give a consent to a group of representatives of high level from us to arrive in Ukraine and observe the second trial”, - said M. Schulz.
In his turn M. Azarov confirmed his consent with propositions of M. Schulz..
“I state our consent with propositions of the President”, - said M. Azarov.
