The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be able to vote for appointment of elections of Kyiv Mayor only in June. If it does not do it elections may not take place this year.

Kyiv Mayor elections may not take place – mass media
In terms of norms of effective legislation the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be able to appoint elections of Mayor only for August, but if it does not do it, elections will not be held.

Chairman of the board of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Oleksandr Chernenko said this, according to Zerkalo nedeli.
