Pshonka: Tymoshenko is witness is case of Shcherban

Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has a status of witness in the criminal case of murder of lawmaker Yevgeniy Shcherban.

Pshonka said that the case of Y. Shcherban has not been stopped for all 17 years

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prosecutor General Victor Pshonka said this at press conference in Kyiv.

“In this situation, if there are investigation actions towards Tymoshenko, she is in status of a witness”, - he said.

According to the words of the Prosecutor General, investigation of the case of Y. Shcherban has not been stopped for all 17 years from the moment of the murder.
