According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge in this court process Hanna Medushevskaya made corresponding decision when the state prosecution finished announcing indictment on the case concerning illegal organization of investigation and search operations of the case concerning driver of former first deputy chairman of the SBU Volodymyr Satsuk Valentyn Davydenko.
