Verkhovna Rada adopts language law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in whole a law on principles of state language policy offered by lawmakers from the Party of Regions party Serhiy Kivalov and Vadym Kolesnichenko.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 248 out of 364 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for adoption of the corresponding decision.
