CC does not allow parliament to introduce amendments into Constitution in part concerning cancellation of immunity of President and judges

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine did not allow the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to introduce amendments into Constitution of Ukraine in a part concerning cancellation of immunity of the President and judges.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, it is said in decision of the Constitutional Court publicized today concerning adopted on June 20 draft law  on introducing amendments in Main Law which stipulated cancellation of immunity of lawmakers, President and judges. This draft law was submitted by opposition.
