Opposition addresses court with suit to Yanukovych

Opposition addresses court with a suit to President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych because of appropriation of additional authorities.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, leader of the Front of Changes party Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this at news conference today.

He noted that suit to V. Yanukovych on violation of legislation and Constitution by him will be submitted to High Specialized Court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases.

“If High Specialized Court of Ukraine does not consider this suit we will address European Court of Human Rights”, - said A. Yatsenyuk.
