Tymoshenko refused to go to court session on July 23 – penitentiary service

Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko refused to go to court session of Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv on July 23, because she wants to consult with German physicians.

The press service of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that on July 19 administration of Kachanivska prison colony  № 54 informed Yu. Tymoshenko about summons to court for participation in session on case of UESU, which was planned for July 23.
