PGO changes charge to Lutsenko

The Prosecutor General’s Office has changed the charge to ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko in episode of shadowing.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, charge stipulates more soft punishment for signing the document on prolonging of operative measures concerning driver of ex first deputy head of the SBU Volodymyr Satsuk.

They changed charge to Y. Lutsenko from abuse of power (article 364 of the Criminal Code) for office negligence (part 1, article 367, CC), which stipulates 3 years of imprisonment.

Representatives of state prosecution Dmytro Loban said this at sitting of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv today.
