As of 16.00, turnout of electors made up 42.55%

Compared to 41.48% at the election in 2006

According to the data from 214 voting districts, as of 16.00, the turnout of electors in Ukraine made up 42.55%.

This information was posted at the official web site of the Central Electoral Commission.

The highest turnout of voters was recorded in the Ternopil Oblast – 51.87%, in the Donetsk Oblast - 48.64%, more than 46% of voters came to polling stations in the Khmelnytskiy, Rivne, Luhansk, Lviv Oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol.

The lowest turnout was recorded in the Zakarpattya Oblast – 31.83%.

At the parliamentary election in 2006, as of 16.00, the turnout of electors made up 41.48% in 225 voting district. On the whole, the turnout of electors in 2006 made up 67.13%.
