High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases is about to announce a decision concerning results of consideration of cassation appeal of defender of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Plakhotnyuk in interests of Yulia Tymoshenko on the sentence concerning gas case at 10.00 am today.
The press service of the Batkivshchyna party disclosed to UNIAN that the defense of ex Prime Minister of Ukraine demands to cancel the sentence of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv and decision of the Court of Appeal, and to release Yu. Tymoshenko.
