The High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases rendered lawful the sentence to ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko on gas case.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, in this way the court dismissed appeal of the defense of ex Prime Minister, in which they asked to recognize the decisions of the Pechersk District Court and the Court of Appeal of Kyiv as illegal, and to close the case of Yu. Tymoshenko in the absence of crime in the act.
