Communist Party leader of Ukraine Petro Symonenko hopes that the coalition will be formed on the basis of the Party of Regions, CPU, the Lytvyn’s Bloc, and a part of BYuT lawmakers.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to a press conference today.

In the opinion of P.Symonenko, forming the orange coalition has no perspective. According to him, it will include only 227 votes. This insignificant majority, according to P.Symonenko, significantly complicates the procedure of electing the Verkhovna Rada chairman.

The CPU leader stressed that his party will not join any coalition, which will include OU-PSD and BYuT.

P.Symonenko disclosed he has already met with Party of Regions leader Victor Yanukovych, though they have not talked as yet about creating the coalition.
