Donetsk Oblast Council chairman Anatoliy Blyzniuk claims that “somebody in Kyiv has again prepared a lot of wire for Donbass”.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this at the extraordinary session of the Donetsk Oblast Council of the 5th convocation today.
After the session unanimously adopted the Agreement on regional development between the Cabinet of Ministers and the Oblast Council, A.Blyzniuk stressed that “whoever heads the government, he will have to implement this agreement”.
“The decision was made. The Cabinet of Ministers ordered, there is a signature, legally, we put an end today. And, after we register this agreement, it will become legally valid. And whoever heads the government, he will have to work over implementing this agreement”, A.Blyzniuk said.
At the same time, A.Blyzniuk stressed that in Kyiv “somebody again prepared a lot of wire”.
As UNIAN reported earlier, in December of 2004, presidential candidate Victor Yanukovych accused BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko of, as if, calling on to “surround the eastern Ukraine with barbed wire and make reservations”.
