Switzerland will send observers to the parliamentary elections in Ukraine, which will take place on October 28.
It is said in the letter of President of Switzerland Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf to President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, the press service of the head of the Ukrainian state disclosed this to UNIAN.
