Kharkiv court carries over consideration of case of Tymoshenko concerning UESU for October 15

 Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv announced a break in hearing of the criminal case against ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation for October 15.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge Konstyantyn Sadovskyi announced this decision.

He believed it is impossible to carry out court hearing without defendant in the court room.

The court hearing concerning UESU will continue on October 15 at 10.00 am.
