Czech ex-president Vaclav Havel told CTK Friday he firmly believed that Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko and former "first lady of the Orange Revolution" Yulia Tymoshenko will forget about their disputes and renew their good relations from the time of the Ukrainian revolution, according to Prague Daily Monitor.

Havel said he believed that Yushchenko`s and Tymoshenko`s pro-western parties would form a government coalition after the recent early elections in Ukraine.

"Ukraine...rather belongs to the European civilisation circle. That is represented in the Ukrainian policy by Yushchenko and Tymoshenko. Even though the elections were won by [Prime Minister Viktor] Yanukovych, these two seem to be able of forming a ruling coalition and constituting a majority," Havel said.

"I trust and support the pro-European, liberal, reasonable and democratic trend in Ukrainian politics," Havel said.
