Foreign Minister of Ukraine Konstyantyn Hryshchenko will stay on a working visit in New York (the USA), where he will take part in general debate on the 67th session of the UN General Assembly, which will take place on September 25-28 and October 1.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Director of Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Oleh Voloshyn said this at press conference.
A program of the visit of K. Hryshchenko also stipulates carrying out a working meeting of Foreign Ministers of Central European Initiative, where Ukraine chairs this year, and also participation in sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministries of GUAM and ministerial OSCE Troika.
It is also planned that K. Hryshchenko will deliver a speech at the General Assembly of the UN of the high level on issues concerning counteraction to nuclear terrorism.
Moreover K. Hryshchenko will hold a range of meetings with his foreign colleagues, who will stay in New York at this time.
