BYuT wants to get to VR as soon as possible

The Block of Yulia Tymoshenko will demand to hold the first session of the newly elected Verkhovna Rada no later than on 30 October. BYuT electoral headquarters chief Oleksander Turchynov claimed this to a press conference today.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, O.Turchynov noted that it is necessary to do everything to speed up gathering the Verkhovna Rada and forming the government. He recalled that by October 15, CEC has to announce the official results of the early parliamentary election. At the same time, he noted that as of today, none of the election winners wants to appeal against the election outcome.

“We do not see any serious attempts from our opponents, and we will not appeal the result ourselves”, O.Turchynov said.
