Ukraine hopes that cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund, the term of which expires in December 2012, will be prolonged for 2013.
First deputy chief of staff of the Administration of the President Iryna Akimova said this in a comment to UNIAN.
Answering a question, whether we plan to prolong action of the program for the next year, I. Akimova answered: “We hope so”.
At the same time she said that today, on October 10, the Ukrainian delegation is about to leave for Japan in order to hold negotiations with the leadership of the IMF on issue concerning prolongation of action of the program.
