Eugenia Tymoshenko, daughter of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, and Hryhoriy Nemyria, the deputy head of the Batkivshchyna Party, today will attend the Crans Montana Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
The International Summit on Transnational Crime will bring together representatives of international organizations that deal with security, in particular the UN, UNDP, Amnesty International and UNESCO, and leading world politicians and experts.
The Crans Montana Forum is an international organization whose importance and prestige have been well-established since 1986. It works in close cooperation with the UN, UNESCO, EU and other institutions to ensure stability, security and respect for human rights worldwide.
In 2005 Yulia Tymoshenko was bestowed a Crans Montana Forum award in 2005 for her "struggle for democratic values."
